Description:
I am always in awe of artists who can draw characters from live action media in a way that fully captures the look of the actors in the artist's own non-photorealistic style. These character designs are fantastic, and there is so much personality in the body language. I'm a sucker for the theory that Jack has a hard time saying no to Izzy, and also for Izzy's cockiness in those rare moments when he's on solid ground. This piece not only presents a clearly happy and confident Izzy and a satisfyingly smitten Jack, but a whole delightful story implied in the idea that this is them in the modern day, geared up for a fancy dress party and/or some private roleplay.

Description:
A monochrome drawing of Izzy and Jack dressed up in classic pirate costumes, with Izzy as the captain in a long coat and cocked hat and Jack in slops with an eye patch and hook. Jack is holding Izzy by the hips, leaning down with cartoon hearts above him as Izzy reels him in by the neckerchief. Izzy has an expression of smug flirtation, while Jack looks besotted.
